Ingredients

  • 4-6 nos leftover chapati


  • 1 cups left over sabji


  • 1 tbsp mashed potatoes


  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise


  • 1 tbsp grated cheese


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala to taste


  • 1-2 tbsp oil for shallow frying

Directions

  • Veg Frankie Cheesily and Healthily Yummylicious with goodness of Veggies, prepared from leftover chapati and sabji ( you can always prepare fresh chapati and sabji too , or use grated fresh veggies of your choice) good for one and all .. welcomed by Kids and best for tiffin .
  • In a mixing bowl take sabji, boiled mashed potato , salt to taste, black pepper powder and mayonnaise
  • Mix well everything and stuffing for Frankie is ready
  • Take chapati , apply some tomato sauce on it , spread ready stuffing on it
  • Carefully roll out chapati and seal the ends , so that stuffing should not come out
  • Likewise prepare all the rolls
  • Heat sufficient oil on non stick pan and shallow fry Frankie rolls with gentle pressure
  • Shallow fry from both the sides till golden brown spots appear
  • Lastly garnish with some grated cheese and serve hot immediately with lots of love
  • Enjoy endlessly
  • You can also use griller for cooking Frankie rolls
