Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 1/2 cups yogurt


  • 5-6 nos ice cubes


  • 1 nos green chilli finely chopped


  • 1/2 cups mint leaves, finely chopped


  • 1/2 cups coriander leaves, finely chopped


  • 1/2 tsp black salt (or according to taste)


  • 2 tsp sugar (optional)

Directions

  • Blend well 3-4 table-spoon of yogurt with chopped mint and chopped coriander in a grinder and make a smooth paste.
  • Now, add the remaining yogurt, ice cubes and black salt and blend well again. If you want a little sweet taste, add 2 tea-spoon of sugar.
  • Your buttermilk is ready now. Refrigerate it and serve chilled.
