Firstly ,put chicken mince,bread, salt, chilli powder,lemon juice in a mixture grinder ,make a smooth paste.
Now in a mixing bowl ,take the chicken-bread paste along with chopped onion, ginger, garlic ,coriander leaves and make a hard dough.
Grease a rectangular tray flatten the dough properly .
Now cut it in long strips with a cutter or a sharp knife.
In a pan ,heat oil ,fry the strips carefully.
Serve hot and enjoy.
