Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Crushed sweet corn 2 cups

  • Boiled mashed potato 1 cups

  • Bread slices 2 nos

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Garam masala 1 tsp

  • Chaat masala 1 tsp

  • Coriander powder 1 tsp

  • Oil for shallow frying 1-2 tbsp

  • Bread crumbs 1 tbsp

Directions

    In a mixing bowl take all the aboove mentioned ingredients, all the spices and salt to taste

    Mix well everything in uniform mixture

  • 03

    Prepare Kebabs and coat in bread crumbs with gentle pressure

  • 04

    Heat a non stick pan , and add some oil

  • 05

    Shallow fry all the Kebabs from both sides till golden brown

  • 06

    Cook on low heat until nice aroma comes

  • 07

    Serve hot immediately with green chutney, tomato sauce or mayonnaise with some onion rings
