Serves : 2
  • 2 cups crushed sweet corn

  • 1 cups boiled mashed potato

  • 2 nos bread slices

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1-2 tbsp oil for shallow frying

  • 1 tbsp bread crumbs


  • In a mixing bowl take all the aboove mentioned ingredients, all the spices and salt to taste
  • Mix well everything in uniform mixture
  • Prepare Kebabs and coat in bread crumbs with gentle pressure
  • Heat a non stick pan , and add some oil
  • Shallow fry all the Kebabs from both sides till golden brown
  • Cook on low heat until nice aroma comes
  • Serve hot immediately with green chutney, tomato sauce or mayonnaise with some onion rings
