Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gms kurmura / puffed rice


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp peanuts


  • 1 tbsp roasted chana


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp fennel seeds


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 nos chopped green chillies


  • 10-15 nos curry leaves chopped


  • 1/4 tsp raw mango powder


  • 1/2 tsp powder sugar

Directions

  • Heat oil in a big pan and crackle mustard seeds
  • Immediately add fennel seeds, chopped green chillies and curry leaves
  • Simmer the heat and add peanuts and chana
  • Saute on low heat for some time and add spices , salt, amchur powder and powder sugar
  • Immediately add Kurmura or puffed rice and switch off heat
  • Mix everything well for soemtime so that the tempering coats everywhere
  • Tempting Unstoppable Kurmura is ready to serve
  • Once cool completely, store in air tight container and enjoy endlessly anytime
