Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Kurmura / Puffed rice 250 gms

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Peanuts 1 tbsp

  • Roasted chana 1 tbsp

  • Mustard Seeds 1 tsp

  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • chopped green chillies 2 nos

  • Curry leaves chopped 10-15 nos

  • Raw mango powder 1/4 tsp

  • Powder sugar 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Heat oil in a big pan and crackle mustard seeds

  • 02

    Immediately add fennel seeds, chopped green chillies and curry leaves

  • 03

    Simmer the heat and add peanuts and chana

  • 04

    Saute on low heat for some time and add spices , salt, amchur powder and powder sugar

  • 05

    Immediately add Kurmura or puffed rice and switch off heat

  • 06

    Mix everything well for soemtime so that the tempering coats everywhere

    Tempting Unstoppable Kurmura is ready to serve

    Once cool completely, store in air tight container and enjoy endlessly anytime
