  • 1 cups milk powder

  • 1/2 cups condensed milk

  • 2 nos eggs

  • 1/4 cups ghee

  • 1/2 tsp cardamon powder

  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder

  • 1 cups akhrot/walnuts (chop into smaller pcs)


  • Braise Milk Powder In Ghee Till Nicely Browned Up Add Eggs And Cardamon Powder Mix Well
  • Add Condensed Milk And Nutmeg Powder Braise Till Thickens Up And Sticky Add Walnuts And Mix Well Remove From Flame And Pour On Platter.
  • Fecorate With Walnuts. NB: I Added 1/2 Cup Fried Goond, Fried It In Ghee, To Give A Classy Touch Of Crispy Effect
