  • Fresh Milk 3 litre

  • Evaporated Milk 500 gms

  • Condensed Milk 1/2 cups

  • Blanched Almonds N Pistachios (In Hot Water Soak Both And When Water Is Cooled Down Peel Them And Cut Lengthwise) 1 1/4 cups

  • Vermicelli (Break In Small Pcs) 1 1/2 cups

  • Sugar (As Required) 12 tsp

  • Saffron Strands 1 tsp

  • Cardamon (Fine Powder) 1 tsp

  • Few Currants N Raisins (I Dont Put Them) 1/2 cups

    Keep All Milk On Boil, Add Sugar, Saffron And Cardamon Powder, Once Its Boiling. Lower Heat And Let It Boil On Slow Heat.

    In A Pan Braise Vermicelli In A Teaspoon Of Ghee Brown It Up Nicely Then Add In Boiling Milk, Add Nuts And Boil For 2 Minutes Then Remove From Flame.

    Cover The Sheerkhourma So Cream Is Not Formed Make Sure You Left A Little Space To Let Air Escape, Not Fully Covered.
