  • 3 litre fresh milk

  • 500 gms evaporated milk

  • 1/2 cups condensed milk

  • 1 1/4 cups blanched almonds n pistachios (in hot water soak both and when water is cooled down peel them and cut lengthwise)

  • 1 1/2 cups vermicelli (break in small pcs)

  • 12 tsp sugar (as required)

  • 1 tsp saffron strands

  • 1 tsp cardamon (fine powder)

  • 1/2 cups few currants n raisins (i dont put them)


  • Keep All Milk On Boil, Add Sugar, Saffron And Cardamon Powder, Once Its Boiling. Lower Heat And Let It Boil On Slow Heat.
  • In A Pan Braise Vermicelli In A Teaspoon Of Ghee Brown It Up Nicely Then Add In Boiling Milk, Add Nuts And Boil For 2 Minutes Then Remove From Flame.
  • Cover The Sheerkhourma So Cream Is Not Formed Make Sure You Left A Little Space To Let Air Escape, Not Fully Covered.
