Melt Butter And Chocolate In Microwave Or Double Broiler, Then Mix Well In A Bowl Beat Together Sugar, Sour Cream, Vanilla Essence And Eggs Till Sugar Melted And Frothy Sieve Flour, Cocoa, Baking Powder And Soda Bicarbonate Add In Egg Mixture With Melted Butter And Fold In Well.
Scoop Mixture And Pour In Cupcake Tray Upto 3/4 Filling Of Cupcake.
