  • 250 gms butter

  • 375 gms all purpose flour

  • 50 gms cooking chocolate

  • 375 gms sugar

  • 125 gms cocoa

  • 2 tbsp sour cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 4 nos eggs

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp soda bicarbonate


  • Melt Butter And Chocolate In Microwave Or Double Broiler, Then Mix Well In A Bowl Beat Together Sugar, Sour Cream, Vanilla Essence And Eggs Till Sugar Melted And Frothy Sieve Flour, Cocoa, Baking Powder And Soda Bicarbonate Add In Egg Mixture With Melted Butter And Fold In Well.
  • Scoop Mixture And Pour In Cupcake Tray Upto 3/4 Filling Of Cupcake.
  • Make Sure You Kept Paper Lining On It. Bake In Oven On 170 C Till Done Can Take 15-20 Mins
