  • Beef Fillet (big chunks) or Chicken Chunks 1/2 kgs

  • Salt (as required) 1 pinch

  • Chilli Powder 2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 pinch

  • Butter/Margarine 3 tbsp

  • Cornflour 1 tsp

  • Salad: Lettuce (Shredds) 1 nos

  • Cabbage Shredds 1 cups

  • onion 1 nos

  • Carrot (Grated) 1 nos

  • Cucumber (Chopped) 1 nos

  • Mayonaise 2 tbsp

  • Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp

  • Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp

  • Hot Sauce 1 tsp

  • Tava Naan:Maida/All Purpose Flour 250 gms

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Yeast 2 tsp

  • Corriander (Chopped) 1 tbsp

  • Green Chilli (Chopped) 1 nos

  • Oil/Ghee 2 tbsp

  • Yogurt 2 tbsp

  • Masala Chips: Leftover Chips 3 cups

  • Habanero/Red Chilli (Pounded) 1 nos

  • Chilli Flakes 1 tsp

  • Tomato Sauce 2 tbsp

  • Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp

  • Hot Sauce 1 tbsp

  • Salt (As Required) 1 pinch

  • Tomato Puree 2 tbsp

  • Chilli Powder 1 tsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp

Directions

    Braise Steak In All Ingredients Except Cornflour Till Almost Done Add Cornflour Mix Well Remove From Flame.

    Can Do Smoking Of Charcoal And Butter. Let It Cool Down Cut Long Shredds.

    Salad: Mix All Well And Add Steak Shredds

    Tava Naan: Bind All With Warm Water, Rest The Dough For 2 Hours Then Make As Small Rotis. While Roasting Use Butter Or Ghee.

    Masala Chips: In A Pot Put Oil And All Ingredients With Little Water And Keep On Boil As It Boils Add Chips Toss And Remove From Flame, Sprinkle Some Finelly Chopped Capsicum And Onions

    How To Serve: On Each Naan Place 2 Scoops Of Steak Salad Then Put Masala Chips, Roll Or Pin It Up With Toothpick And Serve.
