Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs for steak: steak slices


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 cups raw papaya (blend with little water)


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 dash turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp ginger paste


  • 3 cups recipe of kuboos: wheat flour (aata)


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 1 tbsp milk for binding (hot)


  • 1/2 tsp oregano


  • 2 tbsp yeast


  • 3 cups masala chips:french fries


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp paprika


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 4 tbsp vinegar


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 nos salad:lettuce


  • 1 nos cucumber


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 nos carrot


  • 1/2 nos capsicum

Directions

  • mix all with papaya paste and apply on steak slices, let it rest of atleast 5-6 hrs, pan fry with little oil till nicely browned up...
  • When all done cut in strips add caramalised onions n toss well then keep aside
  • Recipe of Kuboos: Mix all dry ingredients well n add butter, mix then bind with hot milk to a soft dough..
  • Keep in a big bowl n cover with cling film, let it rise
  • Make 8-9 balls, roll each into thin rotis n dry roast on tava...
  • Cover them with moist cloth
  • Masala Chips: Put all together and keep on flame, mix well
  • Salad: shredd them all n keep in a bowl
  • How to make wraps: In a bowl put salad shredds, sprinkle lil salt, tamarind sauce n harbanero chutney, toss well
  • In another bowl put masala chips and steak shredds n mix them
  • Take one roti lay on it 2 tbsps of steak filling in a line on it put salad mixture
  • Now roll from the filling line, till its wrapped up like swiss roll
  • Can cut in half and lay on a platter
