  • Grated Coconut 250 gms

  • Ghee 2 tbsp

  • Red or Orange Color 1 pinch

  • Sugar 1 cups

    Put all in a pot and cook while stirring till you will feel heave while stirring then before or you will see kind of whitish shine on coconut then its done, i do with my hand experience.

    Pour on thhali and level it, cut squares and let it cool completely then remove squares
