  • 250 gms grated coconut

  • 2 tbsp ghee

  • 1 pinch red or orange color

  • 1 cups sugar


  • Put all in a pot and cook while stirring till you will feel heave while stirring then before or you will see kind of whitish shine on coconut then its done, i do with my hand experience.
  • Pour on thhali and level it, cut squares and let it cool completely then remove squares
