Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups rajma overnight soaked


  • 2 tbsp gram flour


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala


  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp chilli pd


  • 1 tsp rajma masala


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp roasted cummin powder


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1-2 nos finely chopped green chillies


  • 2 tbsp mint leaves


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1/4 tsp amchoor powder


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1 cups ghee or oil for shallow frying

Directions

  • Soak Rajma over night.
  • Take 5-6 whistle in the morning.
  • Dry roast gram flour.
  • Grind Rajma in a mixie jar till smooth paste.
  • Now take out Rajma mixture and add ginger garlic paste, gram flour, all the dry masala, chilli, mint, coriander, salt and ghee.
  • Mix well and take one ball from mixture.
  • Apply little oil on your palm n give round shape to the Kabab.
  • Shallow fry in ghee or in oil.
  • Fry from both the sides till golden brown.
  • Serve with salad n green chutney.
