  • 1/2 kgs rice flour

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 pinch salt


  • keep water on boil with 2 tbsp of rice flour and stir it, till it bubbles keep on stirring.
  • add little by little rice flour n stir to make a dough....
  • remove the dough on thaal
  • oil yor palms and mek 6-7 balls.
  • use 2 plastics square sheets, oil the plastics.
  • on one sheet place a ball then keep the other sheet on top and roll into roti.
  • roast on tava..
  • Do same for all, can use dry rice flour instead of oil
