Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Raw Mangoes (wid peels on cut in cubes) 8-9 nos

  • Carrots (thick jullienes) 4 nos

  • green chillies 1/4 kgs

  • Salt 1 cups

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Tempering/Vaghaar: Garlic (pound coarsely) 3 nos

  • Rai Kuria (splitted Mustard seeds widout skin) 1 cups

  • Corriander seeds (grind coarsely) 1/4 cups

  • Fenugreek seeds (grind wid corriander seeds) 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Chilli powder 3-4 tbsp

  • Achaar Masala 1 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • BlackPepper corns 1 tbsp

  • Cloves 1 tbsp

  • Oil 3-4 cups

    mix ol well n kip on strainer ovanite nxt day sundry till its semi dried up, mek sure its nt totally dried up.

    cn dry mango chillies n carrots separately as each dries differently...

    Tempering/Vaghaar: in a big pot put oil n kip on flame as it heats up add garlic, blackpepper n cloves let it saute nicely bt nt browned up add ol masalas n cook till nice aroma arises kip stirring.

    kip of flame n let it cool completely den add dried mango, chillies n carrots, mix well n store in jars...

    if weather very hot kip in fridge..

    if using lot of oil cn kip outside...

    after a week cn use
