Separate egg yolks n whites in different bowls
In egg whites bowl put pinch of salt, pepper, pinch of chaat masala and half of the milk, beat till fluffy
In yolks bowl put pinch of salt n cheese beat well
In a med sized pan put a tbsp of ghee or butter, pour egg white mixture and jus before browing toss it
Pour yolk mixture n fry it a bit den roll it
Or else, pour white mixture n toss it the other side, roll like swissroll put some more ghee then pour yolk in the remaining side
Remove on platter n cut pcs
