Ingredients

  • Potatoes (boiled n mashed) 5-6 nos

  • Peas (boiled n mashed) 1 cups

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 pinch

  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

  • Sabzi masala 2-3 tsp

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 4 nos

  • Onions (chopped) 2 nos

  • Tomato puree 3 tsp

  • chopped Veggies (Cauliflower n French beans) 1 cups

  • Capsicum chopped 2 nos

  • Paau: maida (all purpose flour) 3 cups

  • yeast 2 tsp

  • oil 4 tsp

  • butter 1 tbsp

  • salt 1 pinch

    braise lil onion from de chopped onions in 3 tbsp ghee til browned up add tomatoes n spices n saute til paste like.

    add tomato puree n lemon juice den add veggies n saute den add mashed peas n potatoes wid 2 cups of water...

    boil it properly to thick constituency....

    add capsicum n sprinkle paav bhaajiasala n mix well....

    while serving put a dollop of butter n garnish wid chopped onions, green chillies n corriander leaves...

    serve it sizzling hot....

    Paau:mix dry ingredients well, bind soft dough using ol ingredients wid hot water, den let it rise til its double in size....

    punch bek mek 3 portions, roll each into ruff rectangular n fold like swissroll tightly,

    flatten it n cut in squares den lay de open side on cornmeal sprinkled tray, mek ol oder in same manner....

    let it fully rise, glaze wid beaten egg o cn sprinkle dry flour n bake in oven on 200°C til browned up....

    while serving wid bhaaji, cut in hlf n apply butter n grill dem....
