  • 3 cups cooked basmati rice

  • 1 cups shrimps (deshelled) marinate in garlic lemon salt n chilli flakes

  • 1 cups (chopped finelly) veggies, capsicum, french beans n carrots

  • 1/2 cups (chopped) spring onions

  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic

  • 1 tbsp vinegar

  • 1/4 tsp white pepper powder

  • 1 dash black pepper powder

  • 1/2 tsp tandoori masala

  • 1 tbsp soya sauce


  • in a big wok put enough oil to braise prawns, kip on one side of de wok....
  • add garlic in oil saute then add veggies n stirfry add vinegar, soya sauce, tandoori masala n peppers powder toss well add rice and toss nicely add spring onions n serve as you make....
