  • 10-12 piece pistachios


  • 10-12 piece cashews


  • 10-12 piece soaked peeled dry almonds


  • 2 tbsp sugar


  • 4-5 nos chhoti ilaichi


  • 2-3 nos laung

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients in mixer
  • Grind till it becomes a smooth powder
  • Add in your skim cold or hot milk to make such a yummy shake.anytime quickly
