  • Chicken (quartered) 1 nos

  • Chilli Powder 2 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp

  • Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbsp

  • Citric Powder 1/2 tsp

  • tandoori masala 1 tsp

  • Gravy:Coconut milk (2-3 cups of Coconut milk) 1-2 nos

  • salt 1 pinch

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • green chilli (flaked) 2 nos

  • corriander leaves (chopped) 1/4 cups

  • lemon juice 1 tsp

  • corn flour 1 tsp

    mix ol ingredients except chicken, apply on Chicken n let marinate for 3 hrs den barbeque o grill it.....

    Gravy:In a pot put coconut milk, lil salt, turmeric n corn flour mix well...

    kip on flame n let it boil n thicken den add chicken pcs n cook mo til gravy is thickened, add lemon juice mix well n kip off flame....

    garnish wid corriander n chillies....
