Chicken (quartered) 1 nos
Chilli Powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbsp
Citric Powder 1/2 tsp
tandoori masala 1 tsp
Gravy:Coconut milk (2-3 cups of Coconut milk) 1-2 nos
salt 1 pinch
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
green chilli (flaked) 2 nos
corriander leaves (chopped) 1/4 cups
lemon juice 1 tsp
corn flour 1 tsp
Directions
mix ol ingredients except chicken, apply on Chicken n let marinate for 3 hrs den barbeque o grill it.....
Gravy:In a pot put coconut milk, lil salt, turmeric n corn flour mix well...
kip on flame n let it boil n thicken den add chicken pcs n cook mo til gravy is thickened, add lemon juice mix well n kip off flame....
garnish wid corriander n chillies....
