Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 nos chicken (quartered)


  • 2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 3 tbsp dahi (yogurt)


  • 1/2 tsp citric powder


  • 1 tsp tandoori masala


  • 1-2 nos gravy:coconut milk (2-3 cups of coconut milk)


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 nos green chilli (flaked)


  • 1/4 cups corriander leaves (chopped)


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp corn flour

Directions

  • mix ol ingredients except chicken, apply on Chicken n let marinate for 3 hrs den barbeque o grill it.....
  • Gravy:In a pot put coconut milk, lil salt, turmeric n corn flour mix well...
  • kip on flame n let it boil n thicken den add chicken pcs n cook mo til gravy is thickened, add lemon juice mix well n kip off flame....
  • garnish wid corriander n chillies....
