  • 3 nos bread (white/brown)slice

  • 1 cups sooji/rawa/semolina

  • 2 tsp curd

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp for toppings: grated raw turmeric

  • 1 tsp peas

  • 1 tsp grated beetroot

  • 1 tsp chopped red onions

  • 1 tsp for colour :turmeric powder

  • 2 tsp coriander leaves


  • Grind slice of bread until smooth along with rawa.
  • take a bowl and mix in rawa and bread mixture, salt and curd.
  • Add some water to make a dosa consistency batter.
  • Now heat oil on a tawa and pour some batter and roll it outward to make small uttapam.
  • Add desired toppings and flip it over. Cook on both sides and remove on a plate.
  • Similarly repeat it for other uttapam ( Add turmeric powde in batter and mix it and top it with raw turmeric, and for green colour grind coriander leaves with batter and top with peas, Add beetroot jjuice in batter and top with grated beetroot and for white uttapam simply top the batter with red onions)
  • Colourful Bread savoury pancake are ready to eat.
