Ingredients

Serves 4

  • maida (all purpose flour) 3 cups

  • yeast (instant) 2 tsp

  • oil 3 tbsp

  • salt 1 pinch

  • little chaat masala 1 pinch

  • sugar 1 tbsp

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients wel

    Bind soft dough using warm water

  • 03

    Then let it rise, in a greased big bowl, cover the bowl with cling film...

    Punch back make 3 portions

  • 05

    Roll each into rough rectangular n fold like swissroll

  • 06

    The lose end pinch so it does not open while baking

  • 07

    Lay the open side on cornmeal sprinkled tray

  • 08

    Make the other 2 in same manner....

    Glaze with beaten egg n sprinkle dry baking flour on it..

    Let it fully rise

    Bake in oven on 200°C til browned up.....
