In a large microwave-safe glass bowl take thin poha. Add 3/4 teaspoon turmeric and 1 tablespoon oil. Mix it using fingertips until poha coats well with turmeric and oil. This will take 2-3 minutes. Microwave it for 2-3 minutes. Remove and stir in every after a minute. Do this until poha turns crisp. Remove and gently mix using a fork. Let it cool.
In another microwave-safe glass bowl take oil. Microwave it for 1-2 minutes.
Add mustard seeds. Microwave it for 1 minute.
Add curry leaves, sliced green chilies. Microwave for 2-3 minutes or until chilies and curry leaves becomes slightly crisp. Keep checking in every after 1 minute. Stir it.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, Asafoetida, peanuts, Dalia, raisins and cashew nuts. Microwave it for 1 – 1 1/2 minute. keep stirring every after 1/2 minute.
Blend sugar salt and citric acid into powder.
Remove the bowl and add poha and prepared the sugar-salt-citric acid mixture.
Mix gently using forks. Cool and store in airtight container and serve hot with a cup of tea or coffee.
