Ingredients

  • 1 cups plain flour


  • 1 cups milk


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 cups water


  • 1 tsp butter


  • 1 cups sugar

Directions

  • Take pan add sugar and water let it boil 5 min n make one thread consistency syrup add cardamom powder keep aside.
  • Take pan add milk n water let it heat.
  • Add plain flour and continue stirring.make sure gas flame low to medium.
  • Once batter consistency become thick add butter n let it cool at room temperature.
  • Now add sunflower oil in pan let it heat .fill the batter in cone .
  • Cut in cylindrical shape n deep fry take out n pour in syrup.
  • Enjoy ur sweet snacks
