Canapes 10-15 nos
Carrots finely chopped 1/2 cups
French beans Finley chopped 1/2 cups
Potatoes finely chopped(Medium size) 1 nos
Salt as per taste 1-2 tsp
Crushed Pepper 1 tsp
Water 500 ml
Mayonise 1/2 cups
Directions
Cut all the vegetables finely and boil it in a water for 5min and add salt as per taste
Drain all the water from the vegetables
Add mayonise and crushed pepper and mix really well
Pour a spoonfull in the canapes and serve
