onion chopped 1 nos
green chilly chopped 1 nos
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves 1 tsp
sooji/ rawa/ semolina 1 1/2 tbsp
salt or as required 1 tsp
oil for frying 1 tbsp
Slice toast into small retangular pieces and keep aside.
Mix in all the ingredients (rawa, onion,chilly,malai,salt,turmeric powder)in a bowl and keep aside.
Heat tawa and place all the toasts on it.. take sooji mixture and evenly spread on the toast with a spoon.
Toast it from both the sides.
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
