Boneless Chicken pcs 1 cups

Crushed Blackpeppper 1/2 tsp
tandoori masala 1/4 tsp
.tek a pan sauted chicken pcs in salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste n chilli flakes till done add 1/4 cup milk mixed in 1 tbsp flour...
mix well til mixture is ol coated on pcs n dried up...
remuv from flame shredd wid a fork.
tek a big bowl add ol above ingredients wid chicken shredds....
mix well n mek balls if its sticky can apply oil on yor palms....
wen ol balls done kip aside...
Coating n Frying: make thin lai of flour n water, coat each ball wid lai den roll on bread crumbs...
wen done cn freeze for hlf n hr.
deep fry to golden brown color on med o high flame....
can put lollipop sticks n serve wid hot chutney
