Wash, peel and cut frites with Chips cutter and mix little salt and cornflour in it.
Now keep deep pan on highflame with oil, when it becomes hot then put frites in it and fry them for 4-5 minutes until they become crispy and get their texture.
Take them out and keep them on kitchen towel.
Take serving plate sprinkle red chilli flakes and salt on it and serve it with Chutney or sauce.
