  • 4 nos long potatoes

  • 200 gms oil for frying

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes

  • 2 tbsp cornflour


  • Wash, peel and cut frites with Chips cutter and mix little salt and cornflour in it.
  • Now keep deep pan on highflame with oil, when it becomes hot then put frites in it and fry them for 4-5 minutes until they become crispy and get their texture.
  • Take them out and keep them on kitchen towel.
  • Take serving plate sprinkle red chilli flakes and salt on it and serve it with Chutney or sauce.
