Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Large Brinjals (thickly slice them and keep in a bowl with water n 1/2 tsp salt) 2 nos

  • Gramflour (Besan) 1 cups

  • Rice Flour 1/4 cups

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Sabzi Masala 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Chilli Powder 1 tsp

  • Baking Powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    make a not very thick nor thin batter of the above ingredients with water, keep wok filled up with oil on flame, let it heat up...

  • 02

    Dip each brinjal slice in batter n put in oil, put around 5-6 at a time..

    Let it golden brown then turn the other side...

    When done remove on strainer then keep on platter with kitchen towel on it...

  • 05

    Serve with tamarind n hot red chutney
