make a not very thick nor thin batter of the above ingredients with water, keep wok filled up with oil on flame, let it heat up...
Dip each brinjal slice in batter n put in oil, put around 5-6 at a time..
Let it golden brown then turn the other side...
When done remove on strainer then keep on platter with kitchen towel on it...
Serve with tamarind n hot red chutney
