Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgs beef mince


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tbsp garlic (pounded)


  • 2 nos green chillies (pound wid garlic)


  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder


  • 1 tsp cummin seeds (roast den pound


  • 1/4 cups corriander leaves (chopped)


  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp yogurt


  • 2 nos bread slices (soaked in water den strained ol water)


  • 4 nos eggs (hard boiled, peel n half it den sprinkle salt n pepper)


  • 3 nos gravy: tomatoes (chopped)


  • 2 nos onions (chopped)


  • 4 tbsp tomato puree


  • 1 tsp cummin powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp cloves, black pepper corns n cinnamon sticks


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp garlic (paste)


  • 1 piece ginger (slivered)

Directions

  • mix ol well excpt eggs, scoop a ball of mince mixture flat it like puri n lay egg half n cover it to make a kofta.
