Ingredients

1/4 kgs stuffing mince: chicken mince
1 pinch salt
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 nos onion (chopoed)
1 tsp garlic paste
1 dash blackpepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
8-10 nos corriander leaves (chopped)
1 kgs drumstick marination:drumsticks (slit on the inner side)
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 pinch salt
2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder

saute mince with spices and lemon juice, in 3 tbsp oil till done keep off flame add onions and corriander leaves and mix well let it cool dwn...
Filling:Fill a tbsp of chicken mince in slitted Drumsticks and seal with thread.... then marinate the filled drumsticks wid de below marination keep in fridge for 3hrs then chargrill or grill in oven...
