Ingredients

  • Stuffing Mince: Chicken Mince 1/4 kgs

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp

  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

  • Onion (chopoed) 1/2 nos

  • Garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Blackpepper powder 1 dash

  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Corriander leaves (chopped) 8-10 nos

  • Drumstick Marination:Drumsticks (slit on the inner side) 1 kgs

  • Yogurt 2 tbsp

  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • Ginger paste 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Chilli powder 2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

    saute mince with spices and lemon juice, in 3 tbsp oil till done keep off flame add onions and corriander leaves and mix well let it cool dwn...

    Filling:Fill a tbsp of chicken mince in slitted Drumsticks and seal with thread.... then marinate the filled drumsticks wid de below marination keep in fridge for 3hrs then chargrill or grill in oven...
