  • Fatty Beef Mince 1/2 kgs

  • Onions (chopped) 3 nos

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 2 nos

  • Green Chillies (pounded) 3-4 nos

  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp

  • Garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Garam masala 1 tsp

  • Cummin powder 1/2 tsp

  • Pomegranate seeds crushed (optional) 1/4 cups

  • Eggs (beaten) 2 nos

  • Corriander powder 1/2 tsp

  • Cornflour 1 tbsp

  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp

    Mix ol very well n mek pattices...

    fry in lil oil on a nonstick pan til nicely browned up jus like burger patties...

    jus b4 u remuv kip a slice of tomato on each n flap it on de pan to let the slice stick o get cooked..

    remuv on platter that has kitchen paper...

  • 05

    make sure u kip tomato slice facing up.
