Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 kgs fatty beef mince


  • 3 nos onions (chopped)


  • 2 nos tomatoes (chopped)


  • 3-4 nos green chillies (pounded)


  • 1 tbsp ginger paste


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp cummin powder


  • 1/4 cups pomegranate seeds crushed (optional)


  • 2 nos eggs (beaten)


  • 1/2 tsp corriander powder


  • 1 tbsp cornflour


  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder

Directions

  • Mix ol very well n mek pattices...
  • fry in lil oil on a nonstick pan til nicely browned up jus like burger patties...
  • jus b4 u remuv kip a slice of tomato on each n flap it on de pan to let the slice stick o get cooked..
  • remuv on platter that has kitchen paper...
  • make sure u kip tomato slice facing up.
