  • 1 nos ravioli (any filling u prefer) pkt

  • 2 nos eggs (beaten)

  • 1 bowls sour milk (beat well)

  • 2 bowls bread crumbs

  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala

  • 2 bowls all purpose flour (add 1/2 tsp baking powder n mixed herbs)

  • 2 cups home made raviolis: dough - all purpose flour

  • 1/4 cups olive oil

  • 2 nos eggs (beaten)

  • 1 pinch salt


  • coat each ravioli in flour mixture den dip in egg n finally coat breadcrumbs den lay on a tray wen ol done, deep fry to golden brown color... remuv on strainer n kip on a platter dat has kitchen paper...
  • serve wid pesto
  • Home made Raviolis: Dough -mix salt n flour add olive oil n mix well den ass eggs n mix use water to bind to nice pliable dough
  • Filling: can do any filling of yor choice even cheese mixture like grated parmesan, cheddar n mozarella
  • o cn use mince n a mashed potato n cheese
  • o cn use spinach n cheese
  • o shrimps n cabbage wid cheese
  • u cn do filling of yor choice n mek sure its nt soggy bt moist, if too soggy raviolis wil nt seal o open up while cooking o frying.
  • roll very thin rectangular rotis n do filling 4-5 at a tyme n flap de remaining
  • roti n seal pressing ol sides, cut in squares using zigzag cuter o square cookie cutter.
