Ingredients

  • Pizza dough 2-3 cups

  • prepared Steak shredds o Kheema 2 cups

  • Mozarella Cheese (grated) 1/4 cups

  • Parmesan Cheese (grated) 1/4 cups

  • Capsicum (chopped) 1 nos

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 4-5 nos

  • Paprika 1 tsp

  • Garlic cloves (chopped finelly) 5 nos

  • Basil 1/2 tsp

  • Blackpepper (pounded) 1/2 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1/4 tsp

  • chopped Mushrooms o Olives 1/2 cups

  • Dough: maida (all purpose flour) 3 cups

  • yeast 1 1/2 tsp

  • olive oil 4 tbsp

  • nido (milk powder) 3 tbsp

  • salt 1 pinch

  • dried oregano 1 tsp

    bind soft dough using ol ingredients wid warm water, n let rise fully.... punch bek, mek 8-9 balls and let it rise.

    Prepare Filling:

    stir fry kheema o fillet shredds in lil butter wid salt, blackpepper crushed, garam masala, paprika n basil til done, add chopped tomatoes n chopped garlic n saute til gravy has dried up lil add capsicum... kip of flame...

    wen cool dwn add parmesan cheese n mix well....

    How to make Panzerottis: Roll each ball into puris

    Fill in a scoop of meat mixture

    Top up wid good amount of Mozarella cheese

    Make a moon n seal, den press de ends wid fork

    Glaze wid beaten egg n bake in oven on 200°C
