Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2-3 cups pizza dough


  • 2 cups prepared steak shredds o kheema


  • 1/4 cups mozarella cheese (grated)


  • 1/4 cups parmesan cheese (grated)


  • 1 nos capsicum (chopped)


  • 4-5 nos tomatoes (chopped)


  • 1 tsp paprika


  • 5 nos garlic cloves (chopped finelly)


  • 1/2 tsp basil


  • 1/2 tsp blackpepper (pounded)


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 cups chopped mushrooms o olives


  • 3 cups dough: maida (all purpose flour)


  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast


  • 4 tbsp olive oil


  • 3 tbsp nido (milk powder)


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Directions

  • bind soft dough using ol ingredients wid warm water, n let rise fully.... punch bek, mek 8-9 balls and let it rise.
  • Prepare Filling:
  • stir fry kheema o fillet shredds in lil butter wid salt, blackpepper crushed, garam masala, paprika n basil til done, add chopped tomatoes n chopped garlic n saute til gravy has dried up lil add capsicum... kip of flame...
  • wen cool dwn add parmesan cheese n mix well....
  • How to make Panzerottis: Roll each ball into puris
  • Fill in a scoop of meat mixture
  • Top up wid good amount of Mozarella cheese
  • Make a moon n seal, den press de ends wid fork
  • Glaze wid beaten egg n bake in oven on 200°C
