Ingredients

  • chicken (cut in four) 1 nos

  • salt 1 pinch

  • chilli powder 2 tsp

  • tandoori masala 1 tsp

  • lemon juice 1 tsp

  • ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

  • yogurt 3 tbsp

  • orange food color 1/4 tsp

  • Gajjar Masala:salt 1 pinch

  • chilli powder 1 tsp

  • paprika 2 tsp

  • oil 3 tbsp

  • orange color 1 pinch

  • tandoori masala(optional) 1 tsp

    apply de above marinade on chicken n leave for 5hrs... barbeque it on low flame til browned up

  • 02

    put ol in one pan n kip on low flame, mek sure it does not burn... wen nice aroma arises kip off flame, use a brush to apply on barbequed chicken.

    can chargrill jus make sure its not burnt or dried up Serve wid Fries o Mash potatoes o Ajam/Tandoori roti n Salad
