  • 1 kgs steak: fillet (thick slices)

  • 1/2 tsp blackpepper powder

  • 1 tbsp garlic paste

  • 2 tbsp vinegar

  • 1 tsp tenderiser

  • 1 cups mushroom sauce: mushroom

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 1 cups double cream

  • 1/2 tsp blackpepper (freshly pounded)

  • 1 tbsp garlic (pounded)

  • 1 tbsp cornflour

  • 1 tbsp butter


  • Marinate The Fillet Slices In Ingredients Written For 3 Or More Hours Then Fry In 3-4 Tablespoon Of Butter And Oil Or Margarine.
  • Fry On High Flame Till Its Browned Up, Can Lower Flame And Cook. Remove On Platter.
  • Now Braise Mushrooms In Butter Till They Are Browned Up. Remove In A Plate And Keep Aside.
  • Use Same Pan You Fried Steak, If It Has Extra Oil Can Remove Little (Using Same Pan Because We Need The Browned Up Steak Crumbs To Make Sauce Scrumptious).
  • Put All Ingredients Of Sauce In The Pan. Keep On Flame And Stir Continously Till Its Thickens A Little.
  • Add Fried Mushroom Slices. Add Chopped Parsely And Pour On Fried Steak Platter.
