Chicken (with skin on, cut normal pieces) 2 nos
Salt (as required) 1 pinch
Chilli flakes 2 tsp
Yogurt 5 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Periperi Powder 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Oregano (Dried) 1 tsp
Parsely 1/2 tsp
Coating:All Purpose Flour (Maida) 2 cups
Cornflour 1 cups
Rice Flour 1 cups
Salt 1 pinch
Black Pepper (Pounded) 1 dash
White Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Batter: Eggs (Beat Well) 2 nos
Milk 2 1/2 cups
Mustard Sauce 1 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
White Pepper 1 dash
Flour 2 tbsp
Mustard Sauce 1 tsp
Directions
Marinade: Marinate Chicken Pieces In Above For 3-5 Hours. Coating: Mix Well In A Bowl And Keep Aside.
Batter: In A Big Bowl Add Egg And Beat Well Add Milk And Mix Add Flour And The Rest And Make A Paste.
Apply Dry Ingredients On The Chicken Pieces Then Dip In Egg Mixture Then Again Do Flour Coating.
Keep On Tray, When All Done Keep In Deep Freezer For Half And Hour Then Deep Fry On Low Flame, Then Keep On High Till Crispy And Golden Brown Color.
