    Peel And Wash Cassava, Wipe With Kitchen Towel. Keep Wok With Oil On Flame, Now Use (Thin) Slicer, And Slice Off The Cassava Put A Handleful In Hot Oil.

    Toss The Other Side. Remove On Strainer, When All Done Sprinkle Paprika And Salt Voila! Can Serve With Hot Sauces, So Yumm
