  • 2 nos cassava/tapioca

  • 1 pinch salt (as required)

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 cups oil (for frying)


  • Peel And Wash Cassava, Wipe With Kitchen Towel. Keep Wok With Oil On Flame, Now Use (Thin) Slicer, And Slice Off The Cassava Put A Handleful In Hot Oil.
  • Watch Your Hand, Can Put A Slice At A Tyme If You Are Quick.
  • Toss The Other Side. Remove On Strainer, When All Done Sprinkle Paprika And Salt Voila! Can Serve With Hot Sauces, So Yumm
