Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 2 cups veggies grated/chopped (capsicum, cabbage, onions, cauliflower and carrots)


  • 2 cups all purpose flour


  • 1/4 tsp cornflour salt (as required)


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp garlic grated


  • 1/2 tsp ginger grated


  • 1 pinch orange color


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1 nos gravy: capsicum (chopped finely)


  • 2 nos green chillies (chopped)


  • 1 nos spring onion (cubes)


  • 1 pinch salt (as required)


  • 1/2 tsp soya sauce


  • 1/2 cups tomato sauce


  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce


  • 4 nos garlic cloves (chopped)


  • 1/2 nos ginger (slivered)


  • 1 nos onion (cubes)


  • 1/2 tsp red chutney


  • 1 dash white pepper


  • 1 tsp corn flour (in 1/4 cup water mix well)


  • 3 tbsp tamarind sauce

Directions

  • Make Sticky Dough Of Dumplings Using Very Less Water, Add Veggies And Mix Well.
  • Deep Fry To Golden Crispy Dumplings, Keep Aside.
  • Gravy: In A Pan Put 1 Tablespoon Butter, Keep On Flame Add Ginger And Garlic Saute Add Chillies And Onion Then Add Veggies And Sauces, Cornflour Mixture And Salt Add Dumplings And Mix, Garnish With Chilli Flakes And Spring Onions, Serve Hot
  • NB: If You Want Dry Manchurian Don’t Add Corn Flour Mixture
