Ingredients

Serves 8

  • Veggies grated/chopped (capsicum, cabbage, onions, cauliflower and carrots) 2 cups

  • All Purpose Flour 2 cups

  • Cornflour Salt (as required) 1/4 tsp

  • Black Pepper powder 1/2 tsp

  • Garlic grated 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger grated 1/2 tsp

  • Orange color 1 pinch

  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

  • Chilli Flakes 1/2 tsp

  • Gravy: Capsicum (Chopped Finely) 1 nos

  • Green Chillies (Chopped) 2 nos

  • Spring Onion (Cubes) 1 nos

  • Salt (As Required) 1 pinch

  • Soya Sauce 1/2 tsp

  • Tomato Sauce 1/2 cups

  • Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp

  • Garlic Cloves (Chopped) 4 nos

  • Ginger (Slivered) 1/2 nos

  • Onion (Cubes) 1 nos

  • Red Chutney 1/2 tsp

  • White Pepper 1 dash

  • Corn Flour (In 1/4 Cup Water Mix Well) 1 tsp

  • Tamarind Sauce 3 tbsp

Directions

    Make Sticky Dough Of Dumplings Using Very Less Water, Add Veggies And Mix Well.

    Deep Fry To Golden Crispy Dumplings, Keep Aside.

    Gravy: In A Pan Put 1 Tablespoon Butter, Keep On Flame Add Ginger And Garlic Saute Add Chillies And Onion Then Add Veggies And Sauces, Cornflour Mixture And Salt Add Dumplings And Mix, Garnish With Chilli Flakes And Spring Onions, Serve Hot
