  • 10-15 nos baby corn

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup

  • 5 tsp corn flour

  • 2 tsp rice flour

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 500 ml oil for frying

  • 1/2 cups mayonise or ketchup for the dip


  • Wash and cut the baby corn into half and keep aside
  • In a bowl add all the ingredients expect oil i.e tomato ketchup, ginger garlic paste, pepper, corn flour, rice flour, salt mix well
  • Add baby corn to the mixture and keep it for 5 min meanwhile heat the oil in a frying pan
  • Once the oil is hot enough fry the baby corn untill crisp and serve with ketchup or mayonise according to the ones preferences. Enjoy
