Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 100 gms panner


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 1/2 cups onion


  • 1 1/2 cups capsicum


  • 1 1/2 cups tomatoes


  • 1-2 tsp red chilli powder according to taste


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp corinder powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp kasuri methi


  • 1 cups coriander leaves

Directions

  • First chop all veggies in medium size ( not so small /so big size).Then Heat a pan put oil then fry panner till colour turn red.
  • Second step fry jeera & all veggies in remaining oil .Shout it veggies become smooth.
  • Then add all masala salt, red chilli powder,kasuri methi,garam masala powder ,corinder powder , corinder leaves , turmeric powder then mix it well cook nicely. Atlast mix fried panner, coriander leaves mix well.
  • Kadai panner is ready serve with roti or laccha parata.
