First chop all veggies in medium size ( not so small /so big size).Then Heat a pan put oil then fry panner till colour turn red.
Second step fry jeera & all veggies in remaining oil .Shout it veggies become smooth.
Then add all masala salt, red chilli powder,kasuri methi,garam masala powder ,corinder powder , corinder leaves , turmeric powder then mix it well cook nicely. Atlast mix fried panner, coriander leaves mix well.
Kadai panner is ready serve with roti or laccha parata.
