Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups maida/ plain flour


  • 2 tbsp rice flour


  • 1 tbsp curd


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1 nos green chillies


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves finely chopped


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 cups oil

Directions

  • Mix together all the ingredients into thick batter.
  • Heat oil, drop small dumplings of batter into hot oil with your hands.
  • Deep fry till golden brown. Drain and keep aside.
