Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Maida/ plain flour 1 cups

  • Rice flour 2 tbsp

  • Curd 1 tbsp

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp

  • green chillies 1 nos

  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tsp

  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil 1 cups

Directions

    Mix together all the ingredients into thick batter.

    Heat oil, drop small dumplings of batter into hot oil with your hands.

    Deep fry till golden brown. Drain and keep aside.
