Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups cooked dalia


  • 1/2 cups grated carrots


  • 1 nos chili


  • 1 tbsp sattu


  • 1 tbsp suji


  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp pudhina , chopped


  • 1 tsp coriander,chopped


  • 1 tsp coriander leave,chopped


  • 1 nos lime juice


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp holdi powder

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl .knead well to release flavours from spices ad herbs.refrigerate for 15 mins or so.
  • Shape into patties of 3_4 cm diameter.
  • Heat a non stick pan .grease it with cooking oil.
  • Place 3_4 patties at time on the medium hot skillet and let each side cook for about 3_4 mins until gispy and brown.
  • Fil them over and let it cool for another 2_3 min.
