  • 3 cups Khajoor (Dates) 4 tbsp Ghee 1 tsp Cardamon powder 1 and half cups chopped Nuts (Almonds, Pistachios, Walnuts and Wholenuts)

    Remove seeds from dates. Braise it in ghee till it has blended well add cardamon powder and nuts then mix well, it will become thicker. Pour on greased tray, level it sprinkle pistachio flakes and tap so it sticks on burfi. Cut squares and let it cool down. Remove squares once its cold
