Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Moong (soak in water overnight or for a day, if sprouted not bad) 2 cups

  • Salt (as required) 1 pinch

  • Fenugreek Leaves/Methhi (chopped) 1/2 cups

  • Raddish Leaves (chopped) 2 nos

  • green chillies 2 nos

  • Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp

  • onion 1/2 nos

Directions

    Blend Moong With Chillies, Garlic And Onion Till Smooth Paste, Add The Rest And Mix Well.

    Use Small Non Stick Pan To Make Chillas.

    Put A Tbsp Of Oil And Scoop Two Tablespoon Of Moong Mixture And Level It.

    Let It Fry On Low Flame Till Nicely Browned Up, Finish All Same Way And Serve With Coconut And Hot Chutneys
