  • 2 cups moong (soak in water overnight or for a day, if sprouted not bad)

  • 1 pinch salt (as required)

  • 1/2 cups fenugreek leaves/methhi (chopped)

  • 2 nos raddish leaves (chopped)

  • 2 nos green chillies

  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste

  • 1/2 nos onion


  • Blend Moong With Chillies, Garlic And Onion Till Smooth Paste, Add The Rest And Mix Well.
  • Use Small Non Stick Pan To Make Chillas.
  • Put A Tbsp Of Oil And Scoop Two Tablespoon Of Moong Mixture And Level It.
  • Let It Fry On Low Flame Till Nicely Browned Up, Finish All Same Way And Serve With Coconut And Hot Chutneys
